Not sure how many steps this is going to take...hopefully just a few more!  Just waiting on the motors from Hobby King.  Will try not to order from China on the next build.The arms are attached to the frame with 8 bolts total.  4 of those 8 bolts are used to hold the power distribution board and Copter Control board in place as well.  The motor mounts...

In the next part of putting this copter together I measured and drilled mounting holes to connect the frame and motor mounts to the 1/2" aluminum arms.  I also used a .pdf template  to drill mounting holes for the Copter Control board and the power distribution board.  The holes in the power distribution board were not a perfect match for the CC board...

For my second step, I chose to measure, cut, and test fit the 1/2 inch square aluminum arms.  I cut one piece to a length of 24" and it will pass all the way through the center of the frame, serving as two of the four arms.  For the remaining 2 arms, I cut two lengths of aluminum to 11 3/4".  I also chose to use basswood inserts to help strengthen...
