After researching a few power distribution options, I chose the DIY Drones power distribution board.  It is a nice, clean little board and it was really easy to solder together with the included deans ultra plug connectors.  The battery will be connected via 4mm banana connectors.  The red stuff on the bottom of the main power connectors is liquid electric tape.  Here are a few shots:

May use this but will attach Anderson PowerPoles. Maybe use a short length of 12 guage wire out from each connector to solder to the board.
I used the deans connectors because they were included. Since this is my first R/C project since I was 15, I don't have any other types of connectors around. Check my next entry to see the board installed. Was thinking to add another level below the frame, but opted instead to just widen the mounting holes and place the board up top.
Do you know how many amps this board can handle?
No, I don't. Try emailing DIY Drones at the link above, I'm sure they'll know. There's also a set of assembly instructions and a schematic available on the product page.
OK, thanks. It looks like a very nice way to get power to all the ESCs.
