Looks not bad. It might just have the necessary "juice" - though it heavily depends if the GPU can be used to do arbitrary image filtering on an "incoming" video stream. HD MPEG en and decoding - while useful for mobile video devices - are useless if one needs to do arbitrary video stream filtering as needed for feature extraction and video analysis - even though the algorithms running in low level are more or less the same.
So it basically depends how much "custom tweaking" that GPU allows and how easily that is accessible using standard libraries like OpenCV without spending months in driver development.
