That is a quote from a mate that saw my quad/CC board in action and was very keen to
purchase a CC board . What another 3 months
wait?? No... he's going to spend $250 on
a board from the US... What a pity .. and I
wonder if any one here in Aus got a board
from NZ this time round, if so I 'd love to know how you did it !!

about 75% from the 45 went to austalians........ i will do a proper count if you desire
from my last lot of 10, 7 went to australia
The problem is, i can set up a seperate database, and track to 10-20 requests i get a week, then when they become available,do a count up, order them from David, and spend the next two weeks emailing and collecting the money from everyone...or I can do what i did this time, and post-up that stock is available and let the guys who regularly check have first dibs.
Everyone that contacts me has been told to sign up on my site, and everyone signed up on my site was emailed as soon as stock was available
This time I was Unfair on the Kiwis, i posted stock on the site, and sent out a mass email to all my customers, just before midnight in New Zealand , which was just before 9pm in Australia, so while the kiwis were sleeping, alot of australian orders were placed
its a sort after product in short supply.....

I was checking my e-mail 4 times a day for the past few weeks, I didn't know it would be so soon!
That being said, when I checked at midnight, there were only 13 cc boards left. Out of 45? Could have missed out!
I imagine Mat will dispatch sometime after the 18th, I'm hoping it will be in my Sydney mailbox after the 25th. All pure speculation. When it arrives, it arrives I guess.
Thanks Mat for providing us updates. In other news, my HoverThings CAMOUFLAGE frame is apparently in Jamaica, enroute from Florida.
BLOODY THING IS TAKING ITS HOLIDAY!
Lets hope my CC doesn't take that as a cue to stop by Bali, enroute from NZ.

Your board will beat your frame Strudel. I have waited 3-4 weeks for stuff from hoverthings.com..Well worth the wait though. Check my latest crash video...$15 repair bill..awesome. Sounds like a familiar setup. What motors/escs are you going to use? Is it for FPV?

I hope you don't mind. I wanted blue, but they only had black or camo.
No motors or ESC's ordered yet - everything is out of stock at Hobby King ...
I'd like to use it for FPV!

Ofcourse not. Its the best sport FPV frame that I know of. I just got some new motors from hobbyking. NTM Prop Drive Series 28-26A 1200kv / 250w. They seem smooth and offer lots of power. More tests needed though.

Interesting :-) I wonder if they'll be too power hungry though ... please let us know!
