Can we add events?
It would be cool not to have to change anyone's home location just to show a gathering of users.

A request, probably to the map's developers, would be to have a "on route" line, showing an arc from the user's home location to the event with the in flight user's location... (and if it could be updated in flight/on the ground would be extra cool). :)

Hey folks, what can be done with this map is totally limited, it can show user locations, and now flying fields but that about it.
To add a flying location please go here and read:
http://forums.openpi...-flying-fields/

For those who really like mapplications, I will be building a custom map application for OpenPilot that will do whatever we want, but its going take some time, and sorry but it wont integrate in to the forums. However it will be OpenPilot Exclusive and I will be posting a thread for user input and feedback as I build it. Too much work not enough time ;-)

According to the map of New Zealand--there's one CC board per million Kiwi's.
But just so you lot will get a better idea of the %--that's one board per 12 million sheep.
Baaaaaa. :)

Be aware that there are also less than 10% of the boards out there on the map, this is not a map of CC boards, this is a map of users that have taken the time to add themselves to the map and nothing more. Just from the top of my head and a quickly look at the map, we have boards in Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Bangladesh and India, none of these show on the map at all.
