Anyone knows where I can get them?
Digikey is not an option - delivery costs 10 times more than connectors itself.

Do they have connectors on both sides of the wire or not?

Wiki also points to that item:

and I believe I've bought them from the same seller few months ago, they fit.

The male JST-SH plug is connected to 4 long wires and is easy to deal with. The female socket just has four long, thin metal contacts along the plastic (not sticking out). Not sure how you are supposed to connect to it, but I did manage to solder four tiny wires to the contacts using a lot of masking tape. That connection has no strength, however, so I gobbed it up with hot glue. Would be great to learn if there is a proper way to do this. It would be much easier to cut an extension cable, but I didn't get one.

They are meant to be surface mounted to a PCB, not for directly soldering a cable to them. As you said, a direct solder connection is not very strong. A small breakout board would probably be the better choice.
