It is for a 8" props quad using some 2204 motors on 2S.
Obviously all will be shared once it is "buildable".
A great thanks to Decat for sharing!!

maybe round corners for the 35mm and 45mm square plate?
Any input is welcome...
I made some small changes before I cut the frame for Andre, I can email you the DXF files to add the wiki if you want?
Changes as follows:
1) Converted any polylines and splines to lines and arcs to suit CNC program
2) Rounded all sharp corners
3) Upped the hole size to 3.2mm to better suit a M3 screw
Thats all

I was actually having issues as my software did not want to read the file as it disregarded all the SPLINE. It only like POLYLINE.

That acid green acrylic is awesome. What you see is an adaptor plate for a ardupilot that I made. I am thinking of making a small quad out of it at some stage as it would look awesome. But it is too brittle to use structurally for a larger multicopter.
Btw the finished quad looks awesome

It is thought for lightweight copters.
It is locked to the frame with a single screw that lock the pipe and keep the two frame plate together. two of theese things lock a single arm.
The piece was thought for being milled with a cnc on two step:
Mill the support out of a 5mm HDPE sheet in a single placements, then drill the hole for the screw (the last step will be done using an adhoc fixture directly with the cnc).
The motor end support is yet to be defined.
