Thank you guyz for the input, it's really a good discussion with very good info, helps a lot =))

To be more specific, I'm looking to make a 3d model, while drawing it i want to check realistic part interaction, for instance foldable arms etc. Further more this means ill have exact points where holes go etc...   in the end i wish to be able to take parts and prepare them for 2d cncing and 3d printing, depending on part nature.

i'm developeing very advanced frame for our community, i want to make it best for the buck and never stop enhanceing it.
as i've said in other forum section, im designing it to deliver as much fun and stressfree maintainance possible. Superquality material wich is very rigid and light.

theres no rush, theres plenty time as im gonna test kill it till its performance is bulletproof =)

Dadorcp, it is a significant undertaking to design something for cheap manufacture and a good grasp of machining, waterjetting, routing, printing, etc will be required for any design. Although it is easily learned it takes some time and experience (read trial and a lot of error) to become proficient in any of these applications. I don't know your skill level but if you need help or would like to learn i am happy to help where i can, but equally i am more than happy to function as design engineer for any project that will benefit the community. This would speed up the process considerably and i do have access to well over 100k worth of different software packages.
