Mount your board a little farther aft. It'll make it much easier to get to the usb plug when you want to adjust your settings, and the board is still well protected. Unless you decide to use Bluetooth :)

well i have not test flight it yet will take a pic as soon as i can tomorrow. But its basically Double sided type on botom then metal then D/s type then CC.
its the same metal some heli guys used to mount the Gyro.

I need something to avoid vibration in bottom plate where cc is, because the fpv camera is the same plate and has a lot of vibration... So i imagine the cc has the same vibration and that is not good :)

Yeah the guy that built it added some nice touches. There's an LED that's just barely visible in the lower right corner. When you connect your battery, the LED lights to tell you that you have a good connection and then goes out when you switch to "on". There's also another small switch that controls LED strips on the arms.

I had my maiden flight today and i really like how it flys. Still stock settings just tune the angle and double Ki
Have lots off power Hover at about 2-3klicks under half trottle and its very quiet in the air with my motors.
I use a 2200 and 1800mah. I fly 7 min with  2200 bat with 3.85V still left each sell.
Auw with 2200 bat is 1025g and bit less with 1800 bat.

Next thing is to hook up GoPro and do some flights i still need to get a video Rx then im ready for FPV again.

My arms also has that flex but hey it it flys great ho give a dam.

One thing i did notice is all motors stay very cool.
3 esc is very cold almost like it was not in use and one is feelinf a bit warmer. Wonder why only one is a bit on the warmer side?
I have over rated Esc 45A dont think they work very hard.

Did you test it in rate mode??
What motors do you use??
With the stocks options, fly smooth and stable??

Thanks

Here`s mine got it free with a DJI.

The CC is just siliconed to the bottom plate.
Using default settings but  bumped the angles to 70.

Not quite as stable as I`d like but still fun to wipe around (didn`t try rate). Haven`t crashed so can`t comment on durrability. The flexing doesn`t seem to cause a proble. Flying on 3S
with the RC Timer 2830-14s. Will try a 4S to push it more.

frame is still way to heavy for my liking like 100grams heavier then normal 450 class setups.   on my other 450 size frame i get 5 more minutes fly time on single packs.   to each there own.  the flexing in the arms might be ok for your setup but allot of people complaining that its causing video vibration interference, so if it isnt for you thats great!  enjoy it.

also when i put cc directly mounted with foam i could tell the difference  between mounting it on rubber vibration dampeners, so i would try both methods..

Did you test it in rate mode??  No i havent yet.

What motors do you use?? I use the Aeolian 850Kv motors wit 10x4.5 props

With the stocks options, fly smooth and stable?? i still need some tuning to do but for stock settings its very good.

in May we going to do a wedding in Zambia and then we going to the Victoria Falls would love to take my decat  spider or the DJI with to film the Victoria falls ,but it very misty dont think it will coupe with the wetness.
unless i wrapp centre piece wit glad wrapp (food plastic wrapp) what do you think?

For stability you might want to try some of those light weight slow flyer props like most people use. Wooden props are heavy  and have a lot of momentum (or inertia, if you prefer). They have more of a flywheel effect and make it hard for the controller to adjust motor speed quickly enough to give good stability. Or that's what I read somewhere. Makes sense to me :)

I will post screenshot but i have hold this build for now i have carry on and have taken the ESC from this quad to put on my spider quad.

so far i have just about Hover and all is fine but as soon as i go above hover stick it tends to get vibration and it through the gyro.
its constantly trimming or land and let it sits for 10+ sec for gyro to center again and took off then.
it can be that my Aeolian motors is off balance or the props I dont  know.
I will get my decat's spider quad to work and then i will come back to this.

yip it looks like it it,  fly's great to hover but if you bash around and want to hover again you must jump on the sticks to keep it level or land and take off again.

it make sense if you give more power the arms must have twist and maybe that give vibration, because my motor and props are brand new.
compare to a V8 motor engine if you rev it up engine give a twist. LOL

its a shame i did like it,  but i will say with the naza equipment and motors it seems to hold up well, some of our guess is maybe it doesnt like high torque motors. either way its a shame .

you're right.... i've seen fly with a naza and has less vibrations... probably we need more tunning (i spent too many batteries, but i can't find the key), or try to reduce de vibration which goes to CC....
