This is my first MR. I flew it in quad format initially with T-motor 3506s, but found they weren't strong enough on 3s. They didn't like running on 4s as the specs allowed for. I have now flown it in Octo configuration with the Avrotos and am working on tuning it. The Avrotos appear to have plenty of power on 3s and will run up to 5s. Stock OpenPilot CC settings don't work to well on an MR this size. It was very unstable to begin with. It is much better after increasing the rate values. I do like the flexibility of the frame, but it does seem to be susceptible to vibration with the aluminum booms. I had to balance the motors and props very carefully to avoid bad vibes. Nearly every prop had to have hub material removed to balance laterally. I hope to post setting and video soon.
Update: Added screenshot of current Stab Settings - So far I have concentrated on rate mode settings.
