I have 40-amp ESCs and made this:

Stainless steel posts threaded into a Plexiglass block. Bonded to the center plate with VHB tape to provide some insulation between the bottom of the block and the carbon fiber center plate.

Standard automotive ring terminals, with the original insulation stripped off. They're insulated with heat shrink which is a lot less bulky.

Price isn't bad, too. What I put together would tend to get rather tall with eight ESCs. It's nice how the Photoship One design stays flat, no matter how many ESCs get hooked up.

We really need an OP power distribution board.  This topic keeps coming up, and it would be great to have a good distribution board that integrates well with the OP boards.  It should be a pretty basic board, and something that we could get small batches of prototypes for relatively inexpensively.

Anyone out there want to take a stab at starting a design?  I've started a couple of times, but I'm just not familiar with the tools, so it would probably take me 10X longer than someone who is familiar with the tools.  If someone starts a design in a tool that's not too expensive (Eagle?), I'm willing to help refine the design.

Im using hoverthings powerborad.  Though i did ask myself, Why didnt I make my own.  I have really thin PCB, and really thick PCB.  I make my own circuitboards all the time, no idea why i didnt make my own powerboard...It woulda cost me only $3 to make a 4x6" if i wanted to :D

I have this one and love it.  It has a switch to flip on and off which makes it easier to keep the copter still when powering up.
