judged me by my name alone

I am guilty of that, this time you are right.

I should have read a page back, gdub73 has departed the forums and on his way back to RCGs, not a huge loss for him seems that he things this is a big fail and his post history isn't exactly what we really positive.

Don't take the bait from these people QA, I can deal with it, the mods have been keeping an eye on that guy for a while and fail to understand why he is here if he hates on us so much.

Such a shame this was a real fun thread.

Blimey--now that's flying--the bloke must have reflexes like a cat--I can't tell if the drone is upside down--inside out--or right way around?
Brilliant.

Well, that was fun.
Now let's get back to the AR Drone.

How do I tear down and place a CC quad in there again? :D  That outdoor shell looks great. But how much flight time you think is lost with the additional weight. 1min maybe? Cause it looked great with that shell.

You can buy the AR Drone foam frame and canopy seperately, which is probably the easy way to build a quad around it to fit sicne you'll need to match the motor distances and prop size to use it.  Very similar idea to the Gaui 330X protection frame but looks a bit better and a bit more solid.
