I flew my tricopter around this waterfront park a bit to branch out from boring field flying. It's a pretty, pleasant place but small.
It was just a little windy, not really bad. But I was worried about flying high and getting pulled away from the area. Strong gusts can come quickly in this location, as I had experienced before.
The flying is not so stable, but hopefully you can still enjoy the ride. Still fairly new to flying and video, so I'm happy with it for now.

You can tell in the video you are getting more and more comfortable. It is difficult flying in ground effect and being new...you did very well in the wind

Thanks. I never quite got the ground effect thing. Some of the most fun (certainly in a featureless, flat field) is pod racing low above the ground. It flies really smoothly that way.
The obstacles definitely spice things up. There is a big difference between just changing direction however you feel and making the copter track a specific path alongside an object of interest.

Think of ground effect as you trying to stand on a beach ball...you tend to roll off
