How would you control yaw when you cannot adjust the rotational speed of individual heads though?

I wouldn't fly it. The risk of damaging the magnets would be too great. Even worse, the risk of a crash. Better to ground it until you get it fixed.

Yeah, I know the low-latency part is killer. I have a friend that has been working closely with several Chinese manufacturers and their engineering teams for a while. He's currently specialized in video, specifically streaming of security feeds to handheld devices. Anyway, he seems to think there is a solution to SD low-latency low-bandwidth real0time encoding/decoding. Once he gets back from China I plan to pick his brain some more and see if we can come up with a chipset to get the job done.
