New Graphine SuperCaps (using a DVD burner)

Now this is cool. Maybe at some point charge times will be a matter of seconds.
FTA:
the main thing about LSG capacitors is that they have very desirable energy and power characteristics. Power-wise, LSG supercapacitors are capable of discharging at 20 watts per cm3, some 20 times higher than standard activated carbon capacitors, and three orders of magnitude higher than lithium-ion batteries. Energy-wise, we’re talking about 1.36 milliwatt-hours per cm3, about twice the density of activated carbon, and comparable to a high-power lithium-ion battery.

Quad endurance testing

How many of you guys have tested your quads for endurance and what were the results?
This flight time is amazing. Yes, I know that being indoors it was ideal since the machine didn't need to fight as much to stabilize, but it's still impressive.

FPV Hitlist

I'd like to start a list of amazing places to do some FPV flying. I mean really amazing places, not places like my local park.
It'd be cool if people could post places and videos for those places if they have them.
Maybe we could get a modification to the member map to have a link to a video?
These are a few I think would be amazing: (Especially the slot canyons)
Grand Staircase Escalante-National Monument
Grand Canyon
Sequoia National Park

US Laws

Ok, I know this must have been asked before, but I cannot find it anywhere (here).
What are the laws regarding LOS flying for quads?
I ask because I'm taking a trip in a few months to visit family in Maryland and plan on visiting the D.C area. This will be around April and the cherry blossoms should be in bloom around the Jefferson memorial. I was thinking it would make some very cool footage to fly over the water and around the trees with the memorial in the background. Of course, with our overzealous anti-terror gestapo and the fact that it's D.C., I'm afraid I'd end up in jail.
So, do you guys know the LAWS about this and where I can read them myself (not that I don't trust you guys, but you won't be bailing me out of jail if you are wrong)
Mind you, this would all be low level LOS flying as I don't have any goggles right now (is it Christmas yet?).
