it would seem that OP has a chance here (if the OP-ESC's can be finished soon) to sell a lot of units and make some badly needed funds for R&D

Sounds like a good idea to me.

Heh.  You act like making ESC's don't cut into R&D funds ;-)  Right now I'm working to make sure that the ESC's can easily have the firmware upgraded via CopterControl/Revo as well as using that method to change the settings.  The goal of our stuff is always easy to use for the average user and that's 10x the work of simply making them work for one or two hacker minded people :)  I've been working on them a fair bit this month and have made some big strides and have a pile to start stuffing.  However, like normal: they're ready when they're ready :D

Is there any way the non-techno average user can help?  Tester, or backer, or even just encourage.  Say the word and I'm sure there will be a bunch of us ready.

We need a crash award!  You get my vote. That is a bad one
John does it right!  He at least deserves a reward for attitude.  I bounce off the ground or garage or tree and i get so mad that I don't even talk to myself for at least an hour.  He bounces right back and goes to rebuilding, and even shares it with us.  My hats off to him.  :)

A little dab of automotive silicone gasket sealer holds them right in place and its easy to get off later if necessary.  In a crash they will still brake loose and slide or turn with no real damage.  Hope that helps someone.

Damn! If it wasn't for bad luck you'd have no luck at all. First the magnet tree and now the dog,  I shouldn't talk, my magnet tree got me again last night. Just a prop and some straightening on my MQ-1 so guess I'm doing OK.
